Mr. Carlyle has been grilling his wings for the last 10+ years at home and founded Carlyle’s Chicken Wings on August 11, 2025. Carlyle’s Chicken Wings is based in Brentwood, California. We currently only operate in the Tracy Farmers Market on Saturdays from 8am to 1pm and offer preorders for faster service. Our wings are either grilled or smoked to perfection. We only have 1 wing that is fried.
